Continuing with the diet. Phase 2 is less restrictive, you are supposed to add in some of what you were not allowed to eat in Phase 1, but not going "whole-hog" to be really bad. I usually am just adding some bread (whole grain -- the Pepperidge Farm 9-Grain is pretty good), or fruit (whole, never juice).
My weight? Pretty stable.
Day 18 (Thu): 137 pounds
Day 19: 135
Day 20: 136
A pound up or down is pretty insignificant. The really bad part is that I have not had a coke in almost 3 weeks. I've lost a grand total of 3 pounds. If I have to eat like a rabbit to stay 3 pounds lighter, I'll just go back to eating bad!
To be honest, I feel like I've lost some weight around the middle, but not a whole pants size. My jeans are looser, but some of my other pants (like Dockers) are not significantly looser.
Yesterday was my last day with the project. They took me out to lunch, and I just didn't go back to work -- with permission of my boss, of course. I had finished everything, and tried to leave notes about what I had been working on, in case someone had to look at it. Two different people had leads that they talked to me about, so we'll see. Still waiting on word from the other resumes I sent, guess I'll have to follow up with them on Monday.
I'm a little bummed with the project ending, but I know that everything happens for a reason, that God is in control of everything, so He must be leading me somewhere. I just wish I'd find it!!
